Where We Deliver

We offer free delivery within 30 miles of any of our lot locations and regularly deliver across Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

No matter your location, we’ll work with you to coordinate a smooth and efficient delivery.

Preparing Your Site

We include building leveling up to one foot using treated wood blocking at no additional cost.

For the best long-term performance, we recommend preparing a compacted, level gravel pad before delivery. This helps ensure stability, drainage, and longevity for your building.

Not Sure If Your Site Will Work?

We offer a complimentary site check to make sure your location is ready for delivery.

We’ll review access, placement, and any potential challenges ahead of time so there are no surprises on delivery day.

Tight or Challenging Access

If your property has limited access or obstacles, we can still get your building in place.

We offer crane delivery for locations that are difficult to reach or require placement over fences, structures, or uneven terrain. This allows us to position your building exactly where you want it.

Additional costs may apply depending on the setup.
